Buoyancy Compensating Devices
Our buoyancy compensator devices according to DIN EN 1809 are produced according to our own high quality standards and the special wishes of our customers. The production process of each BCDs is subject to an intense close supervision from the beginning to the end. This includes testing of the raw materials, especially the fabrics used for the inflatable parts, in-line checking, an air-leakage test for each BCD after it's assembly and one complete cycle test per production batch.
This is clearly documented in-house and every BCD is marked independantly, which enables us to track the date, identify the people responsable for the production and the corresponding raw material for every single BCD that we produced.

We are specialized in custom made BCs and all BCs are only produced following the wishes of our customers.
Our product portfolio includes a large range of different BCDs that cover several different needs, starting with lightweight jackets that are ideal for travelling and jackets for children up to premium jackets that meet the high standards and needs of occupational divers.
Our own moulds of several plastic parts, for example our own Backplate and quick release buckle guarantee an individual design and production.
In 2010 we started the developpment and production of highly specialized gear for tech-diving and included several Wing- and Donut Systems into our array of products. The usage of heavy duty materials guarantee the possible use even in extreme situations and environments, that normal BCDs would not be able to handle.
