Cutting
In our Cutting Department the main focus does not only lie on die-cutting but also partly on the preparatory work for the complete process using an in-house Kanban system, as here most of the time the production starts.
Using a big 25 ton bridge cutter and a smaller 12 ton hand press our fabrics are cutted for the sewing department, all other belts, bands and straps are cutted in a seperate area using fully automated cutting machines
Furthermore we have the possibility of adding rivets to our products using different semi- and fully automated machines allowing a variety of diameters.
