We began with the production of Softlead in 2003, when first contacts to manufacturers were made.
Because more and more countries changed their regulations concerning lead and it's usability in lakes and pools, we came up with the idea to coat with fabric, welded tightly and especially density proof.
Today we are proud to be able to produce and ship well above 70 tons per year in sizes of 0.5 to 2.5 Kg.
The production starts by cutting and then welding the bags for the lead, followed by filling them using a machine with included precision scale. In the end the filling hole is welded shut and the bags are packed in cardboard boxes of 30 kg each.
